Group Coaching Call

I have created this service as an opportunity for people to have very low cost access to coaching.

Also, if you feel coaching could make a difference to someone you know, inviting them to this call would be a comfortable way for them to find out what coaching is all about.

For new coaches, this is an ideal opportunity to listen in to live coaching. You may also from time to time have a chance to contribute to the coaching taking place.

The cost is $30 per call (includes GST; £20 for UK), and you can participate every month, or just join in when you have a particular issue you would like coaching on. SolutionBox™ will cover the cost of the telephone bridge. The cost to you is simply the $30 plus the cost of your telephone call.

When is it, and What do I do?

Australia & NZ: Every second Wednesday of the month, 8pm-9pm Sydney time, beginning February 14, 2001. (Sydney number to call)

Europe: Every second Wednesday of the month, 9am-10am London time, beginning February 14, 2001. (Sydney number to call)

US and Canada: Every second Tuesday of the month, 8pm-9pm New York time, beginning February 13, 2001. (Las Vegas number to call)

You dial the phone number you get in your registration e-mail, and enter the pin you receive in the same e-mail You will then be connected to the call.

Of course, please call on time.

Can I invite anybody to participate?

Yes

Who will be on the call?

David Wood of SolutionBox™ (or occasionally another experienced coach), my clients and former clients, and others interested in receiving coaching, or knowing what coaching is all about.

Do I need to commit to a certain number of calls?

No.

If I become a client of SolutionBox™, would I still need to pay for the calls?

No - even if you're only on the Maintenance Plan (one personal coaching call per month, and unlimited e-mail coaching), you still get free access to the monthly group calls and the coaching discussion board.

Do I, or my guests, have to say anything on the call?

Only to introduce yourself at the beginning, and say something brief at the end about anything you learned during the call. Receiving coaching on a particular issue is 100% up to you.

I'd like to try some coaching myself. Will there be an opportunity to do this?

Yes. Not every call, but while I will do most of the coaching, at times I will offer any new coaches on the call an opportunity to offer a laser line of coaching, or suggest a perceptive question.

If you have problems with the page, call 02 9420 2660 (61 2 9420 660 for international) 24 hours a day and leave your credit card details, and verbally authorise the $30 fee (includes GST). Payment must be in advance of the call.

I'm not in Australia. Can I participate too?

Absolutely. There is a Las Vegas number for people in the US and Canada. For people in the UK, the cost of calling Sydney is now as low as 5p per minute if you are with One.Tel. The telephone charge for the entire call will be £3!

When is it?

I'll send you a reminder a few days before, but I suggest you diarise the calls now.

How do I make the call?

Call the number you will get in your reminder e-mail (either Sydney or Las Vegas), and enter the PIN you will receive in the same e-mail When connected, please remain silent until I ask who has joined us. If it looks like I've forgotten after a few minutes, please introduce yourself.

How long will these calls continue?

This service will be continued as long as there is sufficient demand for it! SolutionBox™ may discontinue the service if demand does not warrant it.

Disclaimer: If you have paid a fee for the call, this fee is refundable only if the call is canceled, or you mention your issue at the beginning, and we do not get to it during the call. It is your responsibility to make it to the call, and no guarantees are made that any issues will be resolved, or that the coaching will produce particular results. You are responsible for any actions, and results thereof, that you take or do not take as a result of participating in the call.
