I use a different e-mail address for ALL downloads, offers, etc. In fact, I have 6 different e-mail addresses for various purposes. Consequently, your software most likely did not track the download.

I tried to download but there were technical difficulties. I stopped trying also because I made a decision a little while ago that who I am, mostly, is mama. I am developing a laser focus and honing skills and getting educated to do that well. I already get paid in many more ways than financially to raise them to be positive influences in this world…I could ask for no better paycheck and work 24/7 to help ensure it! So thanks so much for the offer of this book (very generous!) but it is not my season!

I have the book David. I think I have the same problem with multiple subscriptions as stated above by someone else. If possible, I would request a case to hand out to people. Some people can’t seem to get past just submitting an email address to get something free. There are also people that don’t like to read, my sister who I’m trying to life coach is one example. I intend to read the book aloud to her because to me, it’s that important. I would definitely recommend an audio version of the book as a future project. I would take advantage of that in a heartbeat since I love to listen to self-help audio books while driving to and from my soon to be last job!
I am no more working as a coach. But since you insist too much that I should have a copy. I think I will take an ecopy. Might help somehow.

Over 50 comments, many of them explaining they have received the book and made a donation and yet, no comment from you, David, to try and explain what is going on. They do appear to all be from today, so I’ll keep my eyes peeled for a forthcoming reply. And yes, I too downloaded the book and made a donation. Auto-responders are great in today’s email marketing systems but not when the system isn’t working correctly from the beginning. It just adds insult to injury.
I have not received the link for the download of the ebook.

I decided long ago that I didn’t want your book for several reasons. The primary one is that I feel as if you’re communicating to me in the same manner as a pushy, used-car salesman. I don’t want yet another sales pitch or ebook from yet another ‘expert’.

Well, David, interesting timing to get this request, as you’ll see in a minute.
First of all, I donated back on April 1st, and I received the link for the book with an e-mail saying “Here is the link to the pdf version of the book so that you can get started right away. You can expect any physical book(s) you ordered to arrive within 7 days.” I have yet to receive it. Second, JUST YESTERDAY I responded to the “support@solutionbox.com” e-mail address — I would have expected an actual reply, but instead got an autoreply telling me that no human being read may email and that I’d have to go to your website or call. Hint: Please do change your “support” address to a “NOREPLY” address. As I was not near a computer, I haven’t had a chance to do this. But it was pretty annoying and surprising.
Third, I seem to get mail from your company on two or three different addresses. From the comments above, I think I’m not the only one. I’ll attempt to dis-enroll from all but one.
Like others, I got my book just fine, too — both the e-book and the physical copy.
I applied for the both physical and e-book and donATED TO charity and received NOTHING! Please advise what has happened and/or give the link for the e-book.

I now have requested your e-book and can’t wait to read it.
The reason of not going for it at first is that I felt guilty, as I am not in a postion to donate to another charity right now as I have 3 running already.
what I am in the process of doing right now is de-cluttering of our family’s wardrobes, the clothes are going to charity shops to raise money that way, ie Heart foundation, cancer reseach, etc
That way I feel that i am giving something back.

I DID receive the book and read it yesterday.. and am very pleased with it. I think you did an awesome job and love that you are a fan of Brendon Burchard. I am also one of his students but have yet to fully ‘get’ the strategy of partnering with a not for profit organisation as you did.
Love your idea and hope it generated tons of free publicity for you. How are you subsequently going to monetize this little experiment? Or are you just building a whopping list??!!

I just checked, but as far as I can see, the double-mailings I get come to one and the same address. However, my server made an address change a couple of years ago, so even though maybe you have the old address, in my in-box everything looks the same? The account/mail manager you use doesn’t let me check my accounts – I have to type in the address in order to make a change. If you mail me personally, I can tell you which address to delete; I wouldn’t want both to go!

It’s pretty simple really, I have a backlog of books to read, (about 90) whilst writing my own self-help book. Will I read it? Of course. Why didn’t I download it? well, to be honest, I thought I had 🙂 . Am I interested in getting paid for who I am? Of course… which is why I am already on that path.
