Thank you for sharing, David. I haven’t listen to the whole session but that was goood enough to hear just 2 mn at the end.
YEs, acceptance is a key… if we could just accept things as they are and make friends with ourselves, take insomnia or any other problems as a messengers not the enemy and stop fighting… that they way to go.
