    Good for you Irene!!
You might want to read David’s script out loud, tweek it “to you” and take a deep breath & “just do it!” For me, the thought “the responses aren’t my responsibility” is very freeing. I’m getting more comfortable & better with every call! YOU GO GIRL!!! Have fun!

First, some results: Debbie W, who I invited yesterday, is a definite YES and very excited. We’ll be talking Thursday morning.

Laura F, my invite from day 1, forgot about her call this morning and we have rescheduled for next Monday.

Today, I invited Jan P., another visitor to my booth at a recent Expo, and she is excited, and ready to go. We’re scheduled for 9am on Friday.

I can’t think of the last time I had 3 introductory sessions scheduled in one week. It feels FABULOUS!! This is just the kick in the pants I needed, and I am grateful to Dave, and to all of you who are on this journey with me.

I called Cheryl, a dynamic leader & author. She was delighted & accepted the complimentary introductory session. (She sent me an acceptance from her OUTLOOK calendar, which I use for scheduling, but never emailed folks with it like that. That’s fun.)

In a million years I wouldn’t have conceived doing such a thing to someone who I have admired from afar & who doesn’t know who I am. But your inspiration & tools hath wrought this amazing result. Oh my. Thank you.

Was on the phone talking to an IT person about web site problems with the company he works for. Then he asked what I did, he has many goals. I invited him to a session. He said he wasn’t allowed with his company but wanted my website. So, we’ll see what happens.

Much more challenging for me to coach strangers in person than by phone. Did 2 yesterday. I kept wanting to refer to my notes like I do on phone calls. Kept telling myself to just flow it. I know this stuff. Then I was able to watch expressions and body language.

Jack, was resistant, not liking being told what to do. Although, I didn’t actually tell him what to do, he perceived it that way. He said he had to think about signing up. I challenged him. So he said, “No, not now.” He said he could get therapy free from his work. I said, “Great”, and then did bring up the differences between therapy and coaching.

The more I let him go, the more he was talking himself into coaching and he could really see value in it. It feels good not to be sitting on the fence, waiting for someone. So, when he’s ready, he’ll contact me.

Also, I raised my fee, and then was feeling uncomfortable about it. I quoted my new fee and then quickly discounted it. Wow, was that weird. I didn’t even allow him to respond.

This morning when I woke up, it came to mind that they are not paying such and such for a half hour of my time, they are paying for my many years of education, experience, training, and so much more. I am worth it. I need to charge my value and quit giving sessions away.

Day 6: I sent an business proposal today, and I offered a sample to the receiver (so she could experience it on her self). She accepted.

This challenge has already made a great change for me, now I can find clients everywere, and it is easy! Thanks David.

Mary Kay – I love what you said: “If he was truly ready and wanted the coaching, he would have to stretch and find the money; commit all the way or not at all! ” You go girl! I’m going to try that next time.

I heard back from a friend of mine (my California sky dive buddy) who is in major transition in her life – finishing up her PhD, break up with sig other, scared of failing and her future. She’s giving me a couple times that work for her. I know I can help.

I’ve sent two individual emails today to former colleagues requesting a trial session with them – I think one might be a good referral partner.

Getting ready to do a trial session shortly with a potential career transition individual from my former company. They are transferring the site to Costa Rica in 18 months so she wants to start planning. Good for her for being pro-active.

    Hi everyone,
I called two people today and left messages. I also sent follow up e-mails to two people so far. I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. Ula – because she said that it sounded interesting and she is an entrepreneur. Deborah because she is very nice and, as a va, works with many people some of whom can use coaching. She may want it for herself as well. Michael because he is open to new experiences and is part of a multi-level marketing company and may refer people from that. And Eva who seemed interested in a session at a last networking event. I have e-mailed more people than I have called. When I call people, I get voice mail. I want to be more bold about calling. I’ll call at least one person a day.

I invited two people yesterday while out and about. Both were accepted and will have one of the sessions today. The one today is with a gentleman who has been in and out of jail most of his life and everytime he tries to turn things around falls into the same old patterns. At this point he doesn’t see much hope, but was intrigued about the possibilities of living a meaningful life.

The second invitation was to a mechanic who went above and beyond in helping us out, even coming out to our house after the repair didn’t fix the issue while at the shop. As a ‘thank you’ I offered him a free coaching session and he was very grateful. I will be calling today to setup the time.

I emailed Linda, who had a posting on a coaching website, and invited her to a sample session. I invited her because she is specifically looking or a coach/consultant to help her as she launches a “green” business. I have experience as a coach, business owner and in green marketing–so it sounded like a good fit. I hear back from her right away that she was interested in talking with me and would be in touch.

Talk to an old friend from a “mothersgroup” and she asked if i knew a coach -specielly -coaching in getting a “new work” I told her- that i could help her also in that way and offered her a introduction session and she was very surprized and said yes. I will call the the others people from my mothergroup- i didnt think about them as potentiel klients.

Hi again everyone, it is so great to read how we are all moving along, overcoming obstacles! I read that 3% of the population DO what the other 97% keep thinking about doing but never do… We are definitely moving forward:-)

Today I had a wonderful session with Deirdre and it was a lot of fun to create clarity with her. The first action step to move her in the direction of her dreams was so obvious that she had not seen it as being that important. so that was a big ‘aha’.
I shared an energy release process with her, which released her physical stress and her fear within 20 minutes. She felt so inpired that she asked me how the coaching structure works before I had even brought it up:-)
She’s going to see if she can come up with the money and get back to me. She also would refer me to other people in her network.
I LOVE what I do:-) Yeehaa!!

It is definitely interesting to be so aware of where I have let opportunities slide before to offer people a session. A big ;aha; for me!
    thank you everyone!

    blessings,

    Tina

Day 6 – Met with Natalie, 1 hour comp session and she signed up for 9 session 9 @ $1260 + GST! (this was also the first time I offered a package of 9 sessions – just goes to show, if you don’t ask you don’t get …. and when you do ask good things happen!). Also left voicemails for Pip M, Pru B, Andrea G, inviting them to intro sessions after they all expressed an interest at the workshop I ran last night. Waiting to hear back from them – fingers crossed! And finally – called one other workshop attendee – Caroline K – invited her to a session, delighted – booked in for 5 November. What a productive day! David – thank you for such a brilliant idea 🙂

Had an exploratory session with Pete T today. He is signing up for 4 months at $300 month! He is beginning a new venture and has a pattern around his moving on to something else when things get tough.

At first he said he could not afford the $$$ for coaching and wondered about doing a trade. I told him that would devalue my services and devalue the experience for him If he was truly ready and wanted the coaching, he would have to stretch and find the money; commit all the way or not at all! It really called him into his power to find the money and step up on a consistent basis to increase his income going forward.

This is really starting to get good!!

I invited Elisabeth today and we will do our session on Thursday. I am still compiling my list of invitees.

Interestingly enough, I thought of being completely open with some of the folks I would like to offer sessions to and saying something to the effect that they are well connected and could possibly open up some great clients to me. Then I scroll down in the comments and there is one by David suggesting the very thing! How cool that was, that I saw that and saw I was on the right track.

I followed up with someone today, Carmen, who responded to my group email. We’ve got a sample session scheduled for next Thursday and she has offered me a massage in return! I think we may be setting up a pretty neat barter situation. Wow!

Also followed up with a VP I know at Nationwide and he’s passing along info about my corporate coaching to ‘inside contacts.’ I invited him to a sample session. He said he wants to do something for me before I do that for him. I told him it’s a win-win because one more person can experience my style of coaching and refer me to people who would benefit from a coaching structure. I’ll set something up with him next week for sure!

I’ve done two trial sessions so far this week with another tomorrow. The one on Monday who is in new role transition is talking to her boss about using training and development funds. Honestly, not feeling good about this one. I asked her to put a value on what she wanted – she’s in sales and I think sensed where I was going with it so wouldn’t. I was trying some new techniques that perhaps aren’t me or as my buddy say, perhaps she wasn’t ready.

So tonight I took a little more laid back approach with someone who wants to reinvent herself. It’s time for career transition. We chatted for awhile about where I use to work and eased into a laser session. I used the tactic David did – started with my corporate fees of $3000 for a 4 month arrangement. Then quoted $400 for individual with a discount for a four month agreement to $360. She felt that would probably strain her finances with her elderly mother’s health issues, father’s funeral expenses, etc. but is going to look at her budget and also get back to me on Friday with an action item. She knows she wants to do something now. I told her not to let money stop her from doing it – that we’d work something out. I’m OK with waiting because I know that I have to sit on decisions like this, too. I’m feeling good about this one. She’d be an ideal client.

She’s also referring her niece to me!

    Hi all,
I sent an e-mail to a group of friends, social workers, from my old job. Then realizing that it was a group e-mail, I sent an individual one to Jim who is starting a new venture and can use some support. I haven’t heard from him yet but I have heard from Amy who is interested.

To date – 4 said yes, no sessions yet, first one this Friday.

Suzanne – wonderful!! We are taking on our fears together!

Had talked to him about coaching in the past but as a result of the 30 day challenge was able to say. E________ we need to get together for a trail coaching session next week, which is better, Tuesday or Wednesday? He said, Wednesday. I said, “3pm” and we’re off to the races!

Very busy day! had my ears open, but with my kids (tomorrow their mom comes back home! Yeh!) and a cold coming on, I didn’t feel I had much opportunity. Until I checked my answering machine, and had a message from someone who I have been trying to lock down for a while. at 8:30 PM, got the kids to sleep, and called him back… sample session on Friday. I can honestly say I would not have made the call today without the contest. I believe this makes me look interested, and proactive. The way I would like to look. 6 days 6 invites 3 sample sessions booked, and one delivered. Keep rovking it people!

Day 6: Contacted a local School Board Member who I’d spoken with before and had given me some referrals. She had some concerns a while ago but was too busy to explore coaching at that time. I left a message to follow up with her on the referrals and to see if this might be a better time to explore what’s going on for her.

Today was a slump day emotional/confidence-wise. I just could not re-capture the “feeling of being a coach,” or knowing what I would say in a warm invitation to coach and I could not make myself get around to it. David & crew to the rescue: 1) The deadline is coming! 2) I want that $197 back!!! 3) Wait! Resources! I have Resources!

I finally settled down, re-wrote “The Script,” reviewed it out loud WITH FEELING, and started scrolling through my cell phone address book, lighting on J. A missionary’s wife, homeschool mom & stressed out lady, she not only wanted the intro session, but asked if we could do it right now. We did. She is now committed to a 6 month coaching structure. We discussed financial arrangements but didn’t settle on what. (How can I ask to be paid by a missionary I feel I should be supporting, but am not?) – But that aside, it was a comfy discussion and I’m actually doing it! I so appreciate David’s belief in his system and therefore in me using it. I feel I am as yet just hot-footing it down the runway. But David believes I will take off in 30 days. So I choose to believe it too.

Day 5: Followed up on the emails I sent the other day and reached two people. It’s getting easier to talk make the invitation. I love David’s statement that whether they yes or no is none of our business. It helps me stay grounded in the intent behind my invitation rather than focused on what their answer is and wondering was there something I could have done. Anyway, one of my contacts, Meg, said it sounded interesting but not right now. Susan Z, however, accepted and we’re scheduled for this Saturday. So as of today I have two appointments scheduled and that feels terrific.

Day 6: I am really having fun with the casual style invites. I especially like the wording from the email about taking 30 minutes to talk about yourself and your goals – thank you, David. Not too many people can say no to that – especially at a networking mixer with drinks 😉

So, I made 4-5 casual invitations and 2 affirmative appts for next week. Those two are a husband/wife, but will meet with each individually, Karen and Bob. Bob works full-time and also assists his wife in a home-based business.

Todd also said yes and I’ll follow up with him this week to set an appt. Two other gentlemen I plan to follow up with, they thought it sounded great, but no commitment.

Todd sells group insurance and also created this networking mixer that meets once a month. He is interested in growing his business and networking. This was the first event I attended with this group and loved it! Next month, I’ll make the offer to new people.

Feeling encouraged now, after having felt a little demotivated and discouraged yesterday.

Just thinking of a couple of other people who might find this useful and will put them on my list of folks to contact (my hairdresser and my chiropractor!).

And I’ll send an offer to my self help stuff list. We’ll see what happens.

I went out to dinner last night and met a young man who is having trouble getting over a love. I have been trying to get him to get some coaching and when I told him I had a challenge he was more interested. As I’m going away for a week I have told him I will make an appointment the next week.

I am putting an ad in the local school newsletters at three schools (last time I did this got five clients) so hopefully that will cover me as I am away.

I am also contacting a woman I was in hospital with several months ago. She was very agitated in hospital and had suffered from chronic pain for the last two years, she had polio. I did some timeline therapy with her and she remembered that she had been tied down and sedated as a child. When I rephrased it and made it that she had been sedated and stretched rather than tied down she settled down. THe next morning she woke up pain-free for the first time in two years.I love making people feel better

This is far easier than I ever thought so thank you David for challenging me

Yesterday and today I had two clients renew their coaching agreements w/ me. This doesn’t count as part of the 30 day challenge–but it gave me a boost as I have lost a few clients in the last month or two.
Today I invited Larry. I invited him because he was referred to me my one of my current clients. Larry doesn’t seem to be a good fit himself, but said he would be happy to refer other clients to me. I invited Larry to come and speak to my small business coaching group. I’m hoping that opportunity will encourage Larry to refer a few good prospects to me. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Am having trouble getting people to get back to me! But the outgoing efforts are going well.

Today I sent an e-mail to my friends Jason and Sherri who are a married couple. Both of them do work (separately) in my niche (ie the sustainability field). In my e-mail I offered them the opportunity to do a sample session either alone or together since I do both leadership and organizational coaching. I especially hope they want to do a sample session together since I’d like more organizational/group clients. We’ll see.

Also, some good news. I got all the paperwork out today to my new client, Chris, who signed on from my sample session yesterday. And I got an e-mail back from Andrea (who I sent an e-mail invitation for a sample session to on Sunday) saying she would love to do a sample session.

Today I have individually emailed 5 people. All 5 have left a message saying they or a member of their team would love a session.

This challenge has highlighted to me the number of opportunities I have been missing!

    Hi everybody,

Some mentioned they weren’t getting the daily motivating emails. I moved the 30 day challenge members to a new list. This means you will get all the first emails today, but then it will be one a day. And keep encouraging one another on the board. It looks like a couple people still need buddies if you want to pair up.

Today I offered a session to my copywriter and asked him to pass it on to anyone else he thought might benefit from my work. he would get back to me. I had a session with Julie today, who is looking for a new direction in her life: both in her work and in her relationships. The big aha which came up was an insight relating all the way back to her childhood and it created a lot of space and possibility for her again:-)
She was very interested in having one on one coaching and was going to look at how she can swing her finances. In any case, we’ll keep in touch as the connection was so wonderful!
For tomorrow I have invited an ex colleague,Deirdre, whom I know is struggling with leaving her job and stepping out into her own business. I am looking forward to that as she has so many talents but her fears are keeping her small and limited so it will be exciting to offer her some breakthroughs there!

I listened to the call and enjoyed it a lot. Some great suggestions to implement!

And David, I am soooo happy to hear you have met your soulmate, by the sounds of it! Enjoy the deliciousness and shine in bright:-)

    Happy coachings everyone,

    blessings,

    Tina

when you’re seeking reasons to invite someone to a session, how about:

Honestly, I thought of you because you have a huge sphere of influence…..if you and I produce some amazing results for your life, I’ll be flooded with clients. So I’d love to offer you an introductory session to explore that.

So add everyone you’ve ever met who has a large sphere of influence….you have nothing to lose except your pants 😉

(I don’t know where that came from – but it’s 3am here in Australia 😉

I emailed someone who has a huge sphere of influence and weight challenges. I followed David’s sample email from our call, made revisions, and shared a personal story about being a yo-yo dieting for years, and since Feb 2001 reaching my goal weight, keeping it off and still eating chocolate (one of my favorite things), and my e-book, which will be launched Jan (2009), How to Lose Weight and Still Eat Chocolate (Or whatever you Love).

I invited her and her staff. I do not know if she will even see it, yet maybe the staff who retrieves it, will call. Putting it out there. This process is fun, is giving me courage, and I’m seeing results. This is the first time I’ve blogged. I love it. Anyone know how I can learn to set up a blog on my site, email me at lorrielauer@juno.com. Thanks.

    Lorrie and Mary – wow!

Everyone – I’m really touched by your enthusiasm and progress. I’m reminded of how we were as children, jumping out and expressing our passion, before some random event that put a lid on it.

it opens me to see you tapping into your natural love for helping people, and sharing that.

Whether they say yes or no is really none of our business 😉

    Love David

Today I setup an introductory session with a close personal friend of mine who I know is having a rough time with her masters program. She seems to have forgotten why she started the program and is now having difficulties prioritizing it into her life. By recapturing her reason and meaning behind the schooling decision, or making a call to move on into something else she can possibly get things back in order. The session is set for tomorrow afternoon.

Day 5: Emailed a woman who came to my house to give me a sample of her beauty products several months ago. She is very heavily promoting her business now – I see her at many networking events, and has said yes! She’s asked me to contact her in a week to make a date and time.

Day 5 – invited an online acquaintance who fits my coaching niche… am waiting to hear back. I think it was Wendy above who started keeping a tally in her posts, I thought that was a good idea, so…
Invitations made: 5; sessions scheduled: 4; sessions delivered: none yet.

I haven’t received any AR messages either, I’m thinking they haven’t been sending them?

Day 5: I sent out a few individual emails this weekend and followed up with a couple calls today. I did have an email response of no, with an interesting comment that she always believed she was her own #1 coach. It’s great that she is so positive, so I am going to ask if we can still talk for 30 minutes about how she coaches herself and if she might share some tips that my clients could use. 🙂

I also received an e-mail reply of yes from Quetah, a middle school teacher and last year I volunteered and spoke several times with her class on self-confidence and overcoming negative thinking. She is excited and has a lot of questions right now about what she should do, work-wise, education, and more. I e-mailed a couple of time options and will follow up with her tomorrow.

I called Karen and she was excited to accept an introductory session! She owns a banquet hall and catering business and she also is building her non-profit which helps feed local families and provide help and encouragement to them. She often struggles financially and wants to talk about developing stronger marketing and budget goals for her business. (I worked in marketing/pr for many years and still do cause marketing on the side, so this is doable for me)

I really want to get the most out of this challenge. Today I “sidestepped” and talked with a coach about all I intend to offer. I know that does not count but, for me, this was a huge step in the right direction to helping me become comfortable approaching more than my self-imposed “one person -acquaintances (I, too, an anxious about inviting those who know me well) only” a day contact.

Day 4: I sent out 10 emails this morning and have heard back from two people…Tricia and Lori. Tricia thanked me but wasn’t interested as she already has a coach. Lori, however, was interested and accepted my invitation. We have set up a session for this Friday.

I love all the postings. They encourage and inspire me to do more. Thanks to all of you.

Wow. It was a home run day today. I met Chris (who I had met at a Green Expo a couple weeks ago) for lunch. In the course of talking, I offered him a sample session, he accepted, and we did it right there on the spot. He loved it, and has signed on for 3 months of coaching @ $600 per month and our sessions are scheduled. The best part is he does technical consulting on energy conservation, has been in the business for 20 years, and once he experiences my coaching, is in a position to connect me to lots and lots of potential clients who are right in my niche for both leadership coaching and organizational coaching. Horray!

Yesterday, Oct. 25, I asked Kenny, he’s having work challenges, he agreed, we did the session right then. He was unable to pay for coaching at this time. Gave him action steps and he agreed to let others know for referral. He was at a small dinner party with me tonight and told 2 people I never met. They both agreed.

I invited 4 people for exploratory sessions, Oct. 26. Jack, who has lots of connections, said he has every thing he wants so was not interested in exploratory session but he knows lots of people and would refer them to me. He did sign up for the seminar at sea-cruise I’m offering in January.

Called Jim, who’s been wanting to lose weight for years. We scheduled session for Thursday at 5:30. I was standing in my pool while talking to Jim. Also, the session with Toni the second day was also done while standing in my pool. I’m LOVING my job coaching.

I went to a small dinner party tonight, met two new people. Kenny was there and told them about the coaching session yesterday. They both agreed but wanted to do the coaching in person instead of by phone. Anne is wanting to write a book and set up appt with me Tuesday at 10:30 am, Jack is wanting to paint, and set up a coaching session with me Thursday at 6pm, and he’s taking me out to dinner. Sounds great to me.

Today, Oct. 27, I talked with my hairdresser, Fabiola. She’s sweet and nice. Thought I’d like to work with her. She said she has never thought about goals. And then said she’d like to move out of her parents house eventually. She was staying help her family; her 50 year father recently had to have a leg amputated. We made our appt for Wed at 4pm for her exploratory session.

Received an amazing testimonial from my first session with Leilani. She had been stuck for over a year, and now is blasting off. It feels great to really help others. I love this focus.

Really looking forward to my two sessions tomorrow. These are two people I don’t know. It is amazing how taking action reduces the fear after only a few moments.

I had a great day. I went to a speaking event today and was shocked be how everyone wanted to know what I did for a living? I told them that I am a Life Coach and ended up leaving this event with three leads.

I asked one of the people I was with to introduce me to a friend of his who has a holistic care business, I think their clients would be open to coaching.

I have a business plan that I had written earlier this year, but had not looked at it for a little while. I have printed it down and have posted it in front of me in my office. Wow, I had some great ideas in there.

I am looking forward to tomorrow.

When I went to make notes on the cards of the artists I met at the open studio event yesterday and to add them to my tracking system, I realized I’d forgotten one! I also invited my friend J, who was hosting the gallery showing and was introducing me to other artists. I suggested she do a call with me so she could learn more about what I do and be able to speak more clearly about it, since she’s already being so helpful in making referrals.

Today I e-mailed back and forth further with B from Friday night, and we scheduled a call for Friday.

It cracks me up that I “don’t do business on weekends”, and yet I made 13 invitations between Friday night and Sunday. This invitation business is really not so hard – in fact, in some ways (since I’m often out amongst my target market), it can actually be *easier* on weekends.

    Revised total invitations yesterday: 5
    Total so far: 14
    Sessions scheduled: 3 / Sessions delivered: 1

    Day Five:
Lady at the library, This is the second time we’ve met. I must confess this one of the all time worst invitations I’ve every made. She seems like a really wonderful person, but I can tell that she is hiding herself from the world a little bit. I gave her my card, told her i look for people that inspire me, and that I want to support them in bringing thier gifts to the world. It was a little awkward, as I think she had her mind made up about therapy, I could be wrong. Anyway, I forgive myself for not being smoother. Tomorrow I am sure I will get back on track.

Today, I invited Ken via email. I invited him because he was referred to me by a friend who is doing business with him. This is for executive coaching and I’m not sure Ken is the decision maker, but connecting with him would be a start to selling in a coaching relationship.

I invited a photographer I met while in Atlanta for a conference to a free exploratory session. She emailed me saying she’d read my blog and was inspired by some changes I’ve made in my own life. I replied thanking her and telling her what I’m doing with coaching and invited her. We will talk this week!

I also invited a friend who has “so much that needs changing”, she wants to narrow things down. We will have a session this week.

Even though I’m brand new to coaching and have just got my site up and just getting biz cards made (hence not as caught up on invites but am ok with that), I’m already so exhilarated by the immediate and drastic changes I’m making in my clients’ lives. This challenge and David’s words in general have given me the confidence to jump in and sink or swim!

***Now if I can just get those daily emails I heard we get along with the 30day challenge…checked spam, emailed support. I’m at lanaelizabeth@gmail.com and would love to catch up on these and start receiving them!

    Thanks, Beth, for the clarification!
I have had an amaaaaaazing day! The lady I had a session with yesterday called me this evening and we clarified a few points which left her feeling hopeful again, whereas before she’d given up(prior to meeting with me). It felt so good to share with her and shift her perspective.
This evening I had a session with Yvonne, who has been dealing with weight challenges.
She had responded to my invite, which a friend of mine had posted on a forum.
We had a wonderful connection and she has signed for at least 2 months at 300 euro’s a month!
The best part of all of this for me is that I LOVE what I do and whether or not people sign up, I am keeping my energy at optimum levels by being so in my passion:-)
Then when they do sign up, it is icing on the cake! She recommended me to a friend and we are having a session this coming Friday!
I’ve had so many requests that I’ve had to start a waiting list!

As a specialist in energy psychology, including TAT and Zpoint, I have found it very useful to use these techniques to overcome my hidden fears of stepping out into the world to be seen., which is what this challenge has invited me to do…

Funny enough, when I was writing the email to send out, I consciously observed all those gremlins in my mind trying to stop me… what if noone responds? what if people criticise me? what if i get rejected? what if, what if?…

Rachel, I don’t think it matter whether you’re a brand new coach or have been at it for longer… we are all human and all have those inner critical voices to some degree!
How to deal with them? Acknowledge them and then say: stop it! put your energy into helping me! this is where I would like you to get to work… and then state your intention! It’s training the monkey mind:-)

Send that email out and do what so many others only think of doing but are afraid to.

I had 1 negative response from someone on a forum, where I let people know they could check out my free gift on my site. Funny enough, she’s a coach!
From the same forum I have had many really wonderful replies, saying I showed up in their lives at exactly the time they were looking for a solution, and thanking me!

If I had not taken action by emailing people or posting my info on that forum, then yes, I would not have had such a negative response from 1 person… but I also would have missed out on meeting the most wonderful people and making new connections:-)

On my site I have a few audio’s of TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) and Zpoint sessions, to which you can listen. Amazing quick processes to bring yourself back into alignment.

Go for it! Make a difference and be ok with making mistakes. That way you learn and grow and be able to show up even clearer with the next person!

Have a wonderful day and many joyful blessings,

    Tina
