this for yourself:
1. Grab a notebook before
you are fully awake
2. Do this every day to create a habit, 14
days at least
3. Start writing three pages stream of consciousness
- keep the pen moving even if it is just to say I don't know what to write.
It doesn't matter what you write, don't judge or evaluate. You are just getting
the rubbish out of your head.
5. Don't read what you wrote. A possible
exception would be a to do list if you chose to create one during your writing.
