We had a very serious crash, but we\u2019re now back up and running!<\/p>\n<p>All your client data is safe. (i.e. the reports of the people who have filled in your personal quiz are still intact in your login center)<\/p>\n<p>And \u2013 we lost quite a bit of data in the crash, related to your settings &#8211; so here\u2019s what I\u2019d like you to check to ensure everything is in order:<\/p>\n<p>IF YOU REGISTERED PRE FEB 2005<br \/>\nThe quiz is just missing any changes you might have made in the last 12 months, including any change of email address you might have made. (i.e. your email has been<br \/>\nreset to what it was 1 year ago).<\/p>\n<p>So please login as described below to verify your settings. Remember to login using the email address you might have used a year ago.<\/p>\n<p>IF YOU REGISTERED POST FEB 2005:<br \/>\nIn this case your quiz would be missing the following:<\/p>\n<p>1. Your affiliate ID if you have one.<br \/>\n2. Continue URL (normally your website)<br \/>\n3. The option for your client to choose phone coaching<br \/>\nif you wish to offer that (currently re-set to email<br \/>\ncoaching only)<br \/>\n4.
