I’ve long been drawn to this concept, as I think many of us are. Recently I got clarity on what I’m up to on the planet. The difference I want to make, and how I can make it. Here’s what’s coming up:<\/p>\n

PURPOSE:<\/p>\n

To open people. So they can enjoy their lives filled with love, laughter and adventure.<\/p>\n

MISSION (the how):<\/p>\n

Triple the incidence of people using personal growth tools. i.e. coaching, therapy, healers, workshops, books, CD\u2019s etc.<\/p>\n

STRATEGY<\/p>\n

1) Train coaches and other professionals in the business skills they need to attract clients (already doing this it seems through SolutionBox.com<\/a>)<\/p>\n

2) Create a coaching company which employs coaches, and markets for them, providing them with clients.<\/p>\n

i.e. Marketing for GREAT coaches who can’t market themselves<\/p>\n

Let’s flesh out this second idea a little…<\/p>\n

PRINCIPLES\/ADVANTAGES OF COACHING COMPANY<\/p>\n

– one powerful, recognized brand<\/p>\n

– get some big names on the board to support the brand and awareness<\/p>\n

– centralized marketing (TV & radio ads, TV & radio interviews, PR\/press releases, internet marketing – PPC & SEO)<\/p>\n

– quality\/screened coaches<\/p>\n

– measuring success of clients<\/p>\n

– company matches you with the right coach, and switches you mid-way if necessary.<\/p>\n

– provides<\/p>\n

– focusing on clients who will make the biggest impact on society<\/p>\n

– encourages not just coaching, but CD sets, books, workshops. Coaching is kind of on the back end.<\/p>\n

– Customers given a choice to click on affiliate or non-affiliate links to products we recommend<\/p>\n

– Partners with companies that have the front end products, but no coaches on the backend.<\/p>\n

– not-for-profit?<\/p>\n
