I\u2019m seeing, from this form, that you are aware of what\u2019s happening around you, and you\u2019re making decisions and you\u2019re making movements and you\u2019re looking at your life.<\/p>\n<p>Client: Absolutely.<\/p>\n<p>David: That\u2019s what I want for you, that you\u2019re continually doing that. If you notice any conversation in your head about, \u2018Oh, I\u2019m terrible,\u2019 or, \u2018I\u2019m not getting stuff done,\u2019 or, \u2018I\u2019m not doing enough,\u2019 or like that, firstly you can say, \u2018Thanks for sharing,\u2019 and let it go. But secondly, you can do what you\u2019ve done here in the form. This is perfect.
