In which country?\u00a0 How many?\u00a0 How often? \u00a0How would you feel?<\/p>\n<p>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>A sounding board for new ideas<\/em>.<br \/>\nProviding a safe place to suggest new ideas is an essential aspect of the coach\u2019s role, in that this encourages the client to step beyond their current situation, unlocking a world of new, unexplored potential.<\/p>\n<p>d)\u00a0\u00a0 <em>Support in big decision making<\/em>.<br \/>\nEncouragement in walking new paths is essential to build the courage to continue beyond the safety of what is known.\u00a0 The coach can help the client grow and develop their own individual strategies and solutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following is an excerpt from the\u00a0CoachStart Manual.
