Sa*ve $3000 on Your Coach Training
Spe*cial Offer Next 72 Hours Only

Nowhere before now have I been able to find a school willing to release it's entire training curriculum at an affordable price. You had to sign up for their full training costing thousands of dollars.

A Master Certified Coach and founder of a global training school has created whole self-study coach training package including manual, books, audio, video and other resources.

With this Deluxe Coaching Kit you can get a school's entire curriculum for under $1,000 – which so far I haven't found anywhere else.

I reviewed the kit myself, but also asked my good friend and new coach Luke MacDonald to review the materials in depth, to make sure new coaches would love this. He sent me this email:

"The mass of information covered in the manual was unbelievable! I enjoyed the audio cassettes and videos the most. All of this combined with the 12 months coaching support and marketing critique from Terri Levine equals a package that really is great value for money."

2. FEATURE: Client Case Studies II

New coaches are often wondering - HOW could I help people?

What if their life looks pretty good - why would they work with me?

How can I clearly communicate the benefits of coaching?

I thought I'd share with you in this issue three of the Top Situations my clients over the past few years have found themselves in, and HOW coaching made a difference. (You can find the first three situations in Issue 6: Client Case Studies I)

My goal is to spark in you ideas which can help you approach potential clients. And to give you a greater understanding of how coaching can help, so you can communicate it to your prospects.

So print this off - grab a cup of coffee - and kick back! Here are three stories from the client's perspective.

Situation 4: 'Finding Focus'

"I had so many things on my plate it was ridiculous. AND, I had five more projects I wanted to pursue, but no time to do them. I couldn’t decide which way to go, or what to do first.

My coach helped me identify my values – what was really important, and what wasn’t. We then created a list of things in my life to drop – things that took up time, but didn’t really add to my life. Some were VERY hard to let go, but I’m so glad I did! We then picked THREE projects that were both fun, and would also help me achieve my financial goals, and decided how much time would be devoted to each. Now, instead of making a good dent in 20 areas, I’m actually producing amazing results in three! I’m amazed at how good it feels to be focused, and really producing results."

Situation 5: 'Ready for Personal Growth'

"I can’t believe how little they teach us at school about people. I was feeling insecure and unconfident. I rarely stood up for myself, even with my partner. I knew I didn’t have what I wanted, but I hadn’t even listed what I wanted!

My coach showed me how deeply buried my true feelings are. I learned how I expressed about 20% of what I truly thought or felt – even to myself! I’ve been so committed to “looking good” and “being liked”, that I was being the person I thought people wanted me to be just to be accepted.

My coach helped train me to listen to and understand myself. And now more often than not, what I’m thinking or feeling gets said! There are consequences, but I’ve now learned not to be afraid of them - to welcome them. I make requests for what I want, and am still surprised at how often I get it, and how little it bothers me when I don’t. I think it’s the asking that actually has me feel powerful.”

Situation 6: 'Need a Sounding Board'

"I don’t need someone to tell me how to do things; I’m very self directed, creative, and have initiative. However, running a business on my own is tough. There’s not really anyone in the company I can talk to as an equal about strategy, or problems that come up. I don’t like to talk about any concerns I have to the staff because part of my job is to keep morale up.

Having a coach for me is like having a Board of Directors of two, instead of one. He’s someone to bounce ideas off, get a second opinion, or occasionally to catch me on a blind spot. I’ve realized it only takes one good idea to come out of a coaching session, and I’ve covered the cost of the month’s coaching. I can imagine going back to Lone Ranger syndrome again, but I wouldn’t want to.”

Did you get some ideas to use in your own coaching? Or different ways to approach talking about coaching?

If these situations have sparked an idea of someone who fits an example, why don't you call them right now and offer them an exploratory session? For further client examples, The CoachStart Manual includes 15 typical situations, and sample coaching strategies.

Enjoy!
